POSITION:
The Sr. Analyst will drive data-driven strategies for ticket sales, CRM, partnerships, and marketing at San Diego FC. Key responsibilities include reporting, dashboard development, consumer insights, and lead segmentation. Requires experience with SQL, data visualization (Tableau), and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
Assist San Diego FC Strategy and Analytics group in reporting and analysis of data related to consumer insights and operational efficiency
Support ticket sales lead strategy, including execution of campaigns, data collection, segmentation, lead scoring and lead distribution in collaboration with the CRM department.
Develop dashboards to summarize secondary game sales efforts, group sales efforts, and dynamic pricing efforts
Statistical analysis into customer behaviour patterns and correlations that impact other business initiatives
Design and analyze survey requests from internal and external department
Standardize presentation of information
Proactively support new initiatives with information attained
Ad hoc reports for cross department need
Segment and upload lists for outbound marketing
Ad hoc analysis and dashboards for smaller initiatives
Dashboard maintenance and optimization: App, OTT, Social Media, Social Monetization, Podcast, etc.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a role focused on data, analytics and/or business strategy.
Expertise in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into high-level strategy.
Ability to collaborate with leadership teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in sports management or business development.
Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and platforms.
