About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and support a team of 6-8 case managers serving up to 120 individuals. This hands-on role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with community partners to deliver high-quality services. You'll oversee case management operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with grant requirements. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about serving vulnerable populations and driving positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
? Leadership & Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage a team of case managers, providing ongoing support and guidance.
? Program Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality client interventions, including outreach, assessments, and service coordination.
? Collaboration: Build and maintain partnerships with landlords, property managers, and community organizations.
? Compliance & Reporting: Oversee program data tracking and ensure compliance with grant deliverables.
? Integration & Advocacy: Lead team meetings and collaborate with medical and behavioral health programs, representing the organization in community meetings.
Qualifications:
???? Education:
Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Licensing as an LCSW, ASW, AMFT, or LMFT is a huge plus.
???? Required Skills:
Experience in housing programs, mental health, and case management within a nonprofit setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and HIPAA compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and county data tracking systems.
Valid CA driver's license with full coverage, as you will be driving in the field daily.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required).

ASW or AMFT seeking supervision hours with field experience.
