End Date: April 3, 2026
Pay Rate: $40.00/hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Our client, a global leader in streaming entertainment, is looking for a contractor to support the day-to-day administration of their benefit programs. Key responsibilities include billing and payment management, enrollment and eligibility processing, and managing reporting requirements. This is a full-time, one-year contract position.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing and Billing Support-Review and verify invoices, collaborate with AP and FinOps for payment and PO management.
Payroll Reporting
Eligibility and Enrollment Management- Manage eligibility, enrollment, and HSA funding, resolving discrepancies in Workday
Benefits Team Reporting
Workflow and Knowledge Management
Requirements:
2-4 years of HR or similar experience
Highly organized with the ability to manage different processes efficiently and with high degrees of accuracy and completeness
Ability to handle confidential information with good judgment, tact, and discretion
Sound understanding of HR or benefits standard methodologies for finance and records management
Experience with Workday is a plus
Experience working in Benefits or Healthcare industry is a plus
