You will advise the CEO on key operational insights, establish the organizational structure and accountability process, in addition to coaching managers, and moving the culture forward.
Responsibilities
Drive planning, forecasting, budgeting, and operational reviews.
Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
Present operational strategy recommendations and implement new processes, SOPs, and tactics.
Create a rigorous structure for metrics and KPIs, performance management, and accountability
Qualifications
10 plus years of executive level management at the COO/Operations Department Leadership
Strategic planning and business development experience
