We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial leader to spearhead customer acquisition, community marketing, and local operations.
Job Summary:
This is a hands-on, growth-focused role for someone who thrives in sales, marketing, and operations. You will be responsible for creating and executing a customer sign-up strategy, building local brand awareness, forging partnerships, and overseeing on-the-ground operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an outgoing personality, strong sales instincts, and the ability to drive results. You will be the face of the company in the community and play a key role in expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Sales
Develop and execute a local marketing and sales strategy to drive new customer sign-ups.
Identify high-growth areas (residential neighborhoods, businesses, apartment buildings, and new developments) to target for service expansion.
Engage with property managers, HOAs, businesses, and community leaders to establish partnerships and gain referrals.
Organize local events, promotions, and outreach campaigns to generate awareness and leads.
Work with the sales team to optimize conversion funnels and improve the customer onboarding process.
Marketing & Brand Awareness
Launch hyper-local marketing campaigns (door-to-door outreach, direct mail, social media, digital ads) to drive sign-ups.
Work with advertising agencies and vendors to maximize local ad spend.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Operations & Customer Experience
Be the local point person for operations, ensuring smooth service installations, maintenance, and support.
Work closely with the technical team to coordinate installations and service activations.
Oversee customer service and support teams to ensure fast response times and high satisfaction.
Monitor key operational and performance metrics (customer sign-ups, service uptime, churn rates).
Help streamline processes for scheduling, troubleshooting, and customer follow-ups.

Qualifications:
3+ years in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in telecom, internet, or a related industry.
Experience driving B2C and B2B customer acquisition through local marketing and direct sales.
Knowledge of grassroots marketing, digital campaigns, and community outreach.
Experience working with CRM tools and customer data analytics.
background in operations and logistics is a plus, but the primary focus is sales and marketing.
