Design and develop engineering drawings for mechanical systems and structural modifications across various applications. Convert design concepts into finished engineering drawings, including detailed part drawings, assembly drawings, installation drawings, drawing trees, parts lists, and Advanced Document Change Notices (ADCNs), utilizing SolidWorks or other CAD software. Utilize Product Data Management (PDM) software to maintain design configuration and documentation control.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus training at a technical institute or community college in Mechanical Drawing or Drafting Technology.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) applications such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA V5
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information effectively.
