Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may vary)

The Senior Financial Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for:
Providing financial modeling and data-driven insights to support executive decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning.
Analyzing financial and operational data to identify profitability drivers, cost efficiencies, and investment opportunities.
Developing and maintaining financial dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Translating complex financial data into strategic recommendations through storytelling and visualization for executive leadership, including C-Suite.
Leading cross-functional finance and business analytics projects by collaborating across departments such as FP&A, Accounting, and Operations.
Managing multiple projects in a matrixed finance environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting OR Finance OR Data Science, Statistics OR other Quantitative Field
Preferred Education: Master's Degree Business Administration
Required Experience:
7+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or business intelligence with a strong focus on financial data.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance metrics (e.g., revenue, EBITDA, cost analysis).
Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for financial reporting and storytelling.
Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and their impact on business decisions.
Experience working with large financial datasets, including SQL-based querying (preferred but not required).
