Responsibilities:
Designs Career ladder and development programs for restaurant employees and Support Center development including but not limited to: Crew Member Training Programs, Certified Trainer Programs, Manager Training Programs.
Identify best training and use appropriate course design and development tools to create effective career paths for restaurant employees.
Helps maintain the Learning Management System and a current library of courses for all restaurant teams.
Develops and creates training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials with Director of Training
Work across teams (Operations, Corporate and Franchise Teams, Product, Marketing, IT, HR, etc.) to diagnose the performance gap and build the appropriate solutions (job aid vs. training)
Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience in Operations and Training with supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of both
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Camtasia, Articulate 360, experience with a Learning Management System, and related presentation tools (Teams, Zoom, Go To Meeting)

Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
