Role Description

TFG is seeking a Director of Financial Operations based out of our New Orleans, LA or Baton Rouge, LA office locations. This full-time, on-site role is crucial in driving financial stability, operational efficiency, and business growth. The Director will oversee financial operations, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with long-term success.

What You'll Do:
  • Financial Leadership: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Create and manage budgets, analyze financial trends, and drive cost-effective decision-making.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to support business growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategies that support long-term success.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in finance operations, business management, or accounting leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
