Reports to: CEO & Chairman of the Board

Position Overview

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and a key liaison to the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment across executive priorities. This role combines high-level administrative oversight with operational execution, public affairs, legal coordination, and logistical support. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing crossfunctional projects and external relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Board Liaison
  • Act as the right hand to the CEO and Chairman, managing executive priorities and ensuring seamless coordination across leadership functions.
  • Facilitate communication between the executive team, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee board meeting preparation, including agenda planning, material development, and minutes documentation.
  • Manage confidential projects and provide executive-level decision support.

Public Relations & External Affairs
  • Lead public relations efforts, strengthening the company's brand presence and fostering relationships with media, government agencies, and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies for corporate communications, investor relations, and community engagement.
  • Represent the company in high-level engagements, conferences, and strategic partnerships.

Legal & Compliance Oversight
  • Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel on regulatory matters, contract negotiations, and corporate governance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and risk management best practices.
  • Oversee legal documentation and support strategic decision-making on legal and corporate affairs.

Operations & Logistical Support
  • Manage key operational initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee logistical planning for executive travel, company events, and critical business functions.
  • Ensure smooth execution of executive initiatives, including special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Affairs, Law, or a related field (MBA or JD preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in executive operations, corporate affairs, public relations, or legal/compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, public relations, and legal risk management.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, board members, and external partners.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business matters.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
