Position Overview
Are you a strategic dealmaker with an eye for undervalued properties? ZINC Realty is looking for an Acquisition Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring fix & flip and rental properties. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of real estate investment, off-market deal sourcing, and negotiation. You will be at the forefront of our acquisitions, utilizing auction, off-market, and wholesaler channels to fuel our growth and maximize returns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Acquisition Strategy: Develop and refine strategies for identifying and securing high-potential distressed properties.
Leverage Cutting-Edge CRM Tools: Implement and optimize CRM platforms to streamline off-market property acquisition and lead tracking.
Marketing & Lead Generation: Design and execute marketing campaigns, analyze ROI, and manage an efficient deal pipeline.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Engage with motivated sellers, wholesalers, and vendors to negotiate competitive acquisition terms.
Market Analysis & Valuation: Conduct comprehensive market research to assess property values, ensuring informed purchasing decisions.
Due Diligence & Risk Mitigation: Oversee due diligence processes, address legal matters, and facilitate seamless closings.
Property Inspections & Evaluations: Perform site visits, drive-by assessments, and in-depth property analyses for auction and off-market deals.
Buyer & Seller Engagement: Negotiate effectively with all stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
Who You Are
Experienced Professional: 2-5 years of off-market property acquisition experience, with a specialization in distressed real estate.
Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: 1-3 years of proficiency in CRM software for real estate acquisitions and marketing lead generation.
Market-Smart: 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, market analysis, or sales.
Persuasive Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills with a natural ability to set and close deals over the phone.
Results-Oriented: A self-motivated professional with a passion for real estate and a relentless drive to succeed.
