Job Title: Compliance Administrator/ IT Compliance Administrator
Job Type: Contract
Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week)
Duration: March 31, 2025 - January 30, 2026 (Long-term, possible extension)
Pay Rate: $17-19.29/hour (flexible based on experience)
Job Summary:
The Compliance Administrator will support the North America IT department in ensuring adherence to corporate compliance standards, including FedRamp and other internal policies. This role involves administrative tasks to maintain compliance documentation, monitoring adherence to regulations, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Maintain a comprehensive system for compliance-related documents, including policies, procedures, reference materials, and audit reports.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately record compliance-related data and maintain organized records.
Regulatory Compliance: Monitor adherence to internal policies and FedRamp regulations.
Audits & Reporting: Conduct audits and provide reports to ensure compliance with all legal standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience supporting large-scale, multi-site Contact Center environments.
IT Security Compliance certification is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Background check required (includes education and employment verification).
Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days per week onsite in Mason, OH).
Start date: Immediate.
