Davis Polk is looking for a meticulous associate to work with our UCC counsel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Document management on secured transactions
Review of UCC financing statements
Review of lien searches
Review of perfection certificates and security documents
Conduct research
Coordination with legal assistants and attorneys in the Finance group.
Qualifications/Position Requirements
While UCC experience is helpful, previous UCC experience is not required.
Experience working on corporate transactions is preferred.
Excellent drafting and research skills.
Well-developed organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree and JD required.
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position ranges from $120,000 -- $180,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Davis Polk offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
