As a Commission Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of commission processes. You will oversee revenue recognition and reconciliation, execute and supervise commission calculations, manage commission schedules, train and lead a high-performing team, and assess and resolve commission-related issues. This is a high-visibility, leadership-driven position where you can make a real impact on the company's financial success.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, detail-oriented leader with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 10+ years of accounting or finance experience, including at least 3 years specializing in commissions. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus required.
