Job Description
Responsible for ensuring that activities, individual, peer and client, are conducted in compliance with Enterprise and Information Technology policies, guidelines, procedures, work processes and internal controls, and in alignment with Enterprise and Information Technology missions, goals, and strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Executing reports in SAP. Importing files into ADP payroll system. Perform risk assessment, controls evaluation and testing program design, as well as develop test plans for control issues. Act as Liaison between client and ADP system.
KEY COMPENTENCIES
Expert technical knowledge and skills either across a broad range, or across a broad range of elements within one of the following disciplines: Desktop/Laptop Computing Support, Security Administration, or Project Management. Possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of the following software: ADP PCPW, SAP, MS Word & Access.
Advanced knowledge of the Payroll processes, including taxes, garnishments and benefits.
Must be detail oriented and have ability to handle a multi-task environment with constantly changing priorities.
Ability to keep confidential information and be accurate with numbers. Strong knowledge and experience in testing and use of automated test products.
Ability to demonstrate good communication skills, a strong client orientation, professional demeanor and phone etiquette.
Capability to demonstrate principled leadership and sound business ethics.
Ability to show consistency among values and builds trust with others through building credibility and follow-through on commitments.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Degreed professional or equivalent 10+ years experience in related field.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
