TruePani Inc., an environmental consulting and communications firm, is seeking an administrative support coordinator to join a passionate team tackling water quality projects focused on reducing lead in drinking water.
The position is full-time and based out of Knoxville, TN with some days working in the office and some days working from home. For candidates not currently located in Knoxville, a relocation stipend is available. This role is an immediate need with a target start date for this position of April 30, 2025.

Responsibilities
The individual in this role will work with the leadership team to support a variety of clerical and administrative functions supporting clients, projects and internal company operations.
Successful individuals in this role are highly motivated, excel at communication, and are able to work both within teams and independently. Candidates should be able to anticipate work that needs to be completed and be able to "wear many hats" by assisting with various duties across several projects. Responsibilities include: • Draft correspondences and other formal documents • Plan and schedule appointments and events • Answer inbound telephone calls • Make outbound telephone calls • Schedule and confirm environmental sampling appointments • Organize files • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, electronic operations • Create and follow up on action items • Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed • Ensure insurance is maintained and correctly worded • Create and update spreadsheets (proficiency in Excel is required and will be tested during the interview process)
Qualifications • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred • Ability to prioritize and multitask and problem solve • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • ?Strong organizational skills • Technological capabilities for applications such as Google Calendar, Email, Microsoft Word, Calendly, Power Point, Microsoft Excel • Ability to work with numbers and complete basic mathematical calculations
