Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, assist with office operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and update records, files, and databases
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Assist with travel arrangements and event planning
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Provide general administrative support to team members
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred)
1-3 years of administrative or office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
