As we expand, we need a highly analytical, process-driven Sales Operations & Pricing Analyst to take charge of pricing strategies, complex sales deals, and sales team accountability.

About the Role

This is not a sales role, it's a strategic, numbers-driven position where you will act as the gatekeeper of pricing, sales process compliance, and deal structuring. You'll ensure that our sales team stay aligned, sales deals are structured correctly, and major projects are financially optimized and strategically sound.

You will also be directly responsible for reporting to leadership, tracking performance metrics, and making sure that our sales team operates with precision, accuracy, and accountability. If you have a finance background, strong analytical skills, and experience managing sales processes (including Salesforce), this role is for you.

What You'll Do

? Sales & Pricing Oversight: Develop and maintain data-driven pricing models and ensure sales teams follow approved pricing structures.

? Major Offer Structuring: Prepare and review complex, high-value proposals, ensuring all pricing, financing, and contract terms align with business strategy.

? Sales Team Wrangling: Hold sales team members accountable for CRM updates, deal accuracy, and pipeline reporting-no wild sales figures or guesswork allowed.

? Performance Tracking & Compliance: Ensure sales forecasting, reporting, and contract details are entered correctly in Salesforce and other tracking systems.

? Financial & Risk Analysis: Assess cost structures, financing options, and revenue projections for high-volume, multi-year infrastructure deals.

? Contract Review & Optimization: Identify financial and contractual risks, ensuring all deals are structured for profitability.

? Bid Preparation & Submission: Compile, format, and submit bid documents for large-scale municipal and infrastructure projects.

? Sales Support & Administrative Tasks: Assist sales team by gathering project data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with city regulations.

? Leadership Reporting: Provide executive-level reports on sales performance, deal risks, and pricing strategies.

? Sales Process Improvement: Implement best practices for deal management, pricing control, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

???? Strong Analytical & Financial Background: Experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or sales operations.

???? Salesforce Expertise: Highly proficient in Salesforce for pipeline tracking, reporting, and sales team oversight.

???? Sales Team Management (Without Selling): Comfortable keeping salespeople accountable, ensuring deal accuracy, and enforcing process discipline.

???? High-Level Business Acumen: Understands the difference between small-scale sales and multi-year, large-scale infrastructure deals.

???? Data-Driven Decision Making: Able to track KPIs, analyze financial models, and optimize sales performance.

???? Process-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Able to implement structure, enforce compliance, and eliminate inefficiencies.

???? Strong Communication & Authority: Confident in holding sales teams accountable while reporting directly to leadership.

???? On-Site Requirement: This role is based in our Coppell, TX office to facilitate close collaboration with leadership and the sales team.
