Job Description:

Vaco Staffing is recruiting for a Regional Solutions Manager for a client in Wisconsin. This is a direct hire role with our client.

Duties include:
  • Proactively identify and acquire new customers within an assigned region, tailoring the right solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead all stages of the sales process, including solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, leveraging additional company resources.
  • Promote and sell the company's proprietary products, as well as select third-party offerings, to prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within existing accounts and refer these leads to other internal sales teams as appropriate.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new and current clients through on-site visits and exceptional customer service, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of new products and market trends to serve as an industry expert and provide maximum value to clients.
  • Work closely with other sales and service teams, providing support and engaging in joint efforts to meet customer needs.
  • Effectively utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage the pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conference calls, and company functions to foster collaboration, team building, and camaraderie.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Meet or exceed profitability goals.
  • Successfully acquire new accounts and grow existing accounts.
  • Maintain a consistent and accurate sales pipeline.
  • Collaborates with customer service, inside sales, and implementation teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Works with cross-functional teams, including service resources and preferred partners, to optimize sales outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Outside sales experience in manufacturing is required
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
Travel Requirements:
  • This role requires significant travel, with an estimated 30-70% of time spent on the road, including overnight stays.
  • Participation in industry tradeshows may be required.
