The Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the investment team by analyzing new investment opportunities. This includes:
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of target markets and their economic drivers.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed financial models (Argus and Excel) to evaluate investment opportunities, including waterfall economics.
  • Executing rigorous investment and financial underwriting, as well as thorough due diligence processes for potential investments.
  • Preparing compelling investment committee presentations for internal and external distribution.
  • Assisting in capital-raising efforts (debt and equity) for approved investment opportunities.

Furthermore, the Senior Analyst will contribute to key asset management objectives, such as:
  • Budget preparation and detailed lease analyses.
  • Conducting hold/sell analyses and other strategic investment assessments.
  • Analyzing and executing strategic dispositions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in real estate investment management, investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets brokerage.
  • Thorough understanding of asset valuation, investment processes, asset management, and transactional real estate markets.
  • Exceptional organizational, quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Argus.
