Day to Day:
A growing travel company in Boulder, Colorado, is looking to add a Partner Success Manager to their team! In this role, you'll manage a region of destinations, ensuring partners are well-positioned to meet traveler demand while balancing volume and capacity across the network. You'll monitor traveler requests, track partner performance, and optimize offerings to drive success. You'll identify, recruit, and onboard top local travel specialists, set and track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on performance insights. You'll train partners on best practices, analyze performance data in Looker, and leverage AI and tech tools to streamline workflows. Collaborating with internal teams like Customer Support and Product, you'll address partner needs, support product launches, and enhance platform capabilities. Attending travel expos will help you stay ahead of industry trends and expand valuable partnerships. This role is offering a base salary of $55,000 - $75,000.
