Northeast Logistics (NEL), a division of NAPA Transportation, Inc., is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develops and executes strategic prospecting plans to drive revenue growth for NEL & expands business through secondary services, including Dry Van, Reefer, Drop Trailer, Power Only, and Expedited freight services.
Proactive Sales Approach: Demonstrate determination and resilience in overcoming sales challenges, proactively securing customer meetings, and continuously seeking opportunities to drive business growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Provides best-in-class communication that establishes credibility with customers by understanding their business needs and presenting value-driven logistics solutions.
Performance & Goal Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives. Track and report key sales metrics.
Who We're Looking For:
2+ Years of freight brokerage, logistics, or truckload operations.
Competitive, driven, and thrives under pressure.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to travel as required.
