Monogoto is a cloud-based and API-driven global cellular connectivity provider, implementing secure Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity and Private 5G and LTE networks. The company offers an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution for the IoT industry and enterprise companies.
This role reports to the CRO,. You will work closely with our Business Development, Account Executive, and Marketing teams to uncover new sales/business opportunities and help drive revenue for Monogoto.This individual will be responsible for proactive outbound appointment setting focused on our target markets. This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualifying prospects from lead status into the opportunity stage.

As a SDR/BDR for Monogoto, you'll be responsible for:
Your role will include:
Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound efforts (Cold Calling, Email, Social Selling).
Identify opportunities by uncovering prospect needs, generating interest, and securing meetings.
Log, track, and provide disposition for each qualified lead.
Own your success-meet or exceed lead targets and other key metrics.
Leverage prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other sales enablement platforms.
Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team to drive pipeline growth.
Become an expert in the complex IoT industry, Monogoto's market positioning, and our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Demonstrate strong selling, influencing, and relationship-building skills to win prospects over.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant inbound/outbound sales experience.
Self-starter with a hunter mentality-proactively seeks out opportunities and doesn't wait for direction.
Prior experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Resilient, driven, and results-oriented personality.
Confident and persuasive communicator with a clear, energetic voice.
Strong ability to connect with, influence, and convert prospects.
Thrives in an evolving, fast-paced work environment.
Ability to own broad goals, break them down into actionable plans, and execute independently.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to rapidly learn and navigate the wireless communications and internet sectors.
Coachable, with a growth mindset and a drive to continuously improve.
Fluent English (oral and written) - Mandatory.
