We are seeking a results-driven Investment Services Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Financial Advisors (FAs) and Associate Financial Advisors (AFAs). This role is key in driving growth, optimizing business operations, and ensuring exceptional client experiences through a holistic financial planning approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and coach advisors to achieve sales goals in advisory services, recurring revenue, and net new assets.
Train advisors on relationship-based selling and financial planning tools.
Develop individualized business plans for advisors, tracking progress and optimizing sales strategies.
Partner with bank branches to identify opportunities and increase asset gathering.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and broker/dealer requirements.
Qualifications:
5+ years of direct sales experience in securities and/or insurance.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with strong leadership, coaching, and sales development skills. Demonstrated experience managing large teams in Financial Services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience with holistic financial planning and advisory solutions.
Licensing Requirements:
Must have Life & Health licenses, SIE, Series 7 & 66 (Series 24 or 9/10 preferred). Must be able to obtain Hawaii State Life & Health licensing.
Valid U.S. driver's license and access to transportation.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annual base salary | Bonus/Incentive Eligible | (Up to $189,000+ overall compensation - performance based)
Location: Honolulu, HI * Oahu based, with inter island travel as needed
