The HubSpot Administrator will manage, optimize, and enhance HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Marketing Hub for our clients. The HubSpot Administrator will also be view as a subject matter expert during sales pursuit activities. Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, developing and implementing lead engagement strategies, optimizing workflows and automation, and improving overall HubSpot processes. Additionally, this role provides training and support to internal and client teams to maximize platform efficiency and adoption.Key Responsibilities:HubSpot Setup & Maintenance Configure, update, and optimize the HubSpot portal, ensuring smooth functionality on behalf of our clients and according to their business goals and objectives.User & Contact Management Manage user roles and permissions and organize contacts with our clients proper segmentation.CRM Optimization Maintain accurate data, streamline sales processes, and integrate with other industry-leading CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Content Management Assist in creating and publishing blog posts, landing pages, and emails within HubSpot CMS.Marketing Automation Develop automated workflows and lead nurturing campaigns for better engagement.Data Analysis & Reporting Track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports to improve marketing efforts.Integration Management Ensure smooth connectivity between HubSpot and other marketing/sales tools.Synapse is deeply committed to building teams of diverse people, and we strongly encourage anyone and everyone with a great background using HubSpot products to apply.
