What will you be doing?
The CI Analyst III role will support the Circana Fresh Foods Group across multiple accounts as part of the dynamic and growing Fresh Foods practice. The Analyst will serve as the day-to-day client support, advising and supporting all Circana data & insights efforts for the Fresh Foods association partners of Circana. Partnering with the VP of the Fresh Foods Group and other internal teams including Operations/Client Service, the Analyst will ensure that the client secures maximum benefit of subscribed services and deliver awareness and value to the association.
Further, the Analyst partner with all Circana Solution Leads (e.g., Analytics, Innovation, eComm to leverage our massive toolkit to bolster the client's Marketing/Sales/Insights programs to yield Sales growth. This role is a terrific pathway to quickly build subject matter expertise and forge internal and external networks to fuel career development...and have fun along the way! Job Responsibilities
Program Management: Lead regimented client engagement via meetings, communications, calendars, project trackers, presentations, etc.
Data Advisory: Learn the nuances of Fresh data and educate the client on data complexities and continuous innovation. Solid Unify+ skills are key for both POS and Panel. Work with Unify Success Manager to build, deploy, and continuously update best-in-class reports.
Analytics Advisory: Embed best-in-class approaches/methodologies to diagnose the business and make recommendations across the 4P's to drive growth. Continuously deliver insights packages via Unify+ and Excel/PPT deliverables...supplementing with industry thought leadership & qualitative insights.
Solution Selling: Partner with dedicated internal Solution Leads to bring to bear the right solution(s) for the client's business imperatives and burning questions to growth their business. This requires gaining Solution SME, active listening, network-building, and creativity.
Client Advocate: Lead all Circana client support activities from an internal operational perspective-manage the P&L, keep Dynamics CRM updated, participate in all Fresh/Perimeter CI/CS updates and initiatives, etc.
Requirements
3+ years of Circana-oriented CPG syndicated market research experience
Intermediate to Expert level SME with Unify+ and/or similar OLAP tools
Demonstrated mastery 4P analytics to drive business growth recommendations through insights
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-to effectively and efficiently progress efforts forward and participate in preparing, and eventually delivering, thought leadership presentations at client meetings, webinars and conferences
Strong networking and teaming acumen given the myriad topics and Circana solutions
A proactive "go-getter" who is excited to develop their career through effort and positivity

Location
This position can be located in the following area(s): 100% Remote with some potential travel to represent Circana at fresh foods industry events
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $76,000 - $89,500.
