The primary role of this position is to lead a dynamic team of talented Directors and ensure that they lead their teams in serving our clients through our Bookkeeping and Accounting Services which include the following: Lead a collaborative team that provides bookkeeping and accounting consulting services to clients Manage team performance to ensure clients and firm objectives are met Develop and execute accounting strategies and initiatives Assist client teams with complex transactions to identify risk areas prior to transactions being executed Coordinate workflow and tasks with your US and international team members, including regular evaluation of team structure and effectiveness Communicate expectations and project status extensively with both your assigned clients as well as internal teams Guide best practice policies, procedures, and processes throughout the accounting cycle Ensure that all client processes and procedures are documented and maintained Review and analyze financial data and reports Develop and maintain training programs for all staff levels Establish and update accounting procedures and processes for firmwide execution Above all, provide a superior customer experience to your assigned clients If you are hard-working, dedicated to building your career, and passionate about serving clients, KeepingCount is a perfect match that offers a career with both purpose and opportunity.
