5-7 yrs of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, finance operations, & analytics
3+ yrs of experience providing procurement & contract administration support in construction/facilities.
Experience working with contractors, design professionals, engineers, consultants, facility managers, and staff.
Knowledge of construction contract types to include: AIA (American Institute of Architects) documents such as A101 (Stipulated Sum), A102 (Cost Plus Fee with GMP)
Meeting facilitation and presentation skills
Knowledge of financial accounting, strategic sourcing, and supplier management concepts
The Procurement Analyst will provide analytics and strategic support for global workplace resources and office projects. They will help the Procurement team deliver supply chain solutions, manage procurement policies, and optimize expenditures using third-party tools. The analyst will also handle issue resolution, contract management, and supplier management, working with stakeholders to add value to the organization.
Create and manage RFx templates, contracts, and requirement documents for analysis.
Identify cost savings through spend analysis and collaboration.
Develop and execute negotiation strategies.
Establish and maintain supplier contracts.
Measure supplier performance using metrics.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with feedback.
Develop supply chain strategies to optimize spending and minimize risk.
Monitor contractor performance and manage contract terms.
Maintain contract administration records and ensure compliance.
Develop expertise in construction and facilities.
Manage sourcing, supplier onboarding, and due diligence.
Process purchase orders and resolve invoice queries.
Maximize ROI and achieve savings targets.
Compensation:
$34/hr to $37.50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
