Our highly regarded public biotech company is expanding its FP&A organization to support global growth, automation, and operational efficiencies. As part of this expansion, we are seeking a Senior G&A Analyst to serve as a strategic finance business partner to key corporate functions, including HR, IT, and Legal.
About the Role
As a Senior G&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting corporate functions by providing financial insights, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and driving process improvements. This is a high-impact role with exposure to executive leadership and an opportunity to influence key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze actual operating results vs. budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of variance and communicating business impact.
Synthesize and present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making.
Develop strong relationships and act as a trusted finance partner to HR, IT, Legal, and other corporate functions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and technology.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
3+ years of FP&A experience with exposure to corporate functions.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Cognos, Hyperion, or similar).
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Executive presence and strong communication skills to engage with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
