Exciting Temp opportunity! Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team in Beaverton for a 6 month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounts payable experience, as well as Quickbooks knowledge.
In this role, you will:
Enter invoices into the vouching system with correct codes
Work closely with vendors via email and phone communication
Print time sheets, invoices, vouchers, and receipts
Perform other duties assigned
To be a fit, you must have:
2-3 years' experience working with accounts payable
10 key touch experience
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Employment Type: Temp - 6 months
Compensation: $20-25/hr. USD
Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours a week
Location: Portland, Oregon; Onsite Full time
