Location: Tallmadge, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

We are looking for experienced Estimators to join our team. We have openings for Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC Estimators, and we encourage applicants to specify which position they are applying for when submitting their resume.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate cost estimates
• Perform material take-offs and labor estimates to determine project costs
• Research supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive bids
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and team members to refine estimates
• Ensure estimates comply with industry standards and project requirements
• Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and thorough documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estimating Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC projects
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, materials, and labor costs
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
