Idea candidates have sales or marketing administrative experience, a minimum of 1 year of hotel experience, and has experience it various design computer applications.
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, some weekend availability may be occasionally required.
Pay Range: $29.09-$31.01 per hour

What will I be doing?
Sales Site and Marketing Manager will oversee all the discovery visits including pre-planning visits from planning to execution. Assists the Senior Marketing Manager with initiating, implementing, and tracking all internal marketing campaigns and promotions, and those of Hilton Hotels Corporation. Oversees and manages marketing initiatives for property F&B outlets.
Site Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the full scope of discovery visits at Washington Hilton
Creatively conceptualize the run of show for all discovery visits
Strategically plan the discovery visit experience for clients visiting the property
Provide 1-2 completed concepts for site visits with 1 subsequent option
Share concepts with sales/catering manager or director
Work cross-functionally to finalize concept and execute
Thoroughly research client and similarities to Washington Hilton
Manage P.O.s for site items
Oversee and manage flow of discovery visits
Manage cross-functional communication regarding site timeline updates
Create and communicate anticipated site timeline to appropriate contacts
Create and maintain all creative assets for discovery visits
Spearhead an organizational system for creative assets and tools
Create an internal organizational system to archive previous site visit assets
Create, maintain, and distribute internal site book
Including items for sales team such as a check list, reference guide, links to documents, etc.
To be utilized as a training tool and reference guide
Collaborate with Director of Sales and Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager to provide the sales team with this training tool
Regularly create and provide feedback on how sites can be improved
Marketing Responsibilities
Work directly with Director of Sales and Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager to execute the yearly marketing plan
Regularly update the yearly marketing plan with Senior Marketing Manager
Manage and oversee all F&B Outlet marketing efforts and projects
Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager on high-level activations and projects
Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager on influencer engagement opportunities
Regularly schedule content capture days with Senior Marketing Manager for F&B Outlet offerings
Transition into leading weekly F&B calls and post-call note distribution
Manage action items for F&B team
Manage creative assets for all F&B Outlet marketing opportunities and activations
Manage communication between marketing and F&B departments
Manage marketing efforts for bi-monthly beverage campaign
Work closely with F&B Coordinator to execute tasks
Maintain media and influencer contact sheet
Perform regular research on appropriate media, press, and influencer contacts for Washington Hilton
Create and update an organized contact sheet
Agency assistance
Sit in on agency calls to assist Senior Marketing Manager on overseeing agency work and feedback
Promotional Items
Oversee and manage monthly promo item ordering for Washington Hilton to ensure budget is met by the 15 th of each month
Manage P.O.s for marketing department
Research ordering tools for marketing department, such as vendors, new business accounts, and sales/marketing-dedicated Amazon account
Work with Senior Marketing Manager to create the agenda for weekly marketing meetings
Provide regular communication to marketing team regarding projects, tasks, and deadlines
Attend regular meetings pertaining to the marketing team
What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum of one year of Hotel experience in guest contact areas. Previous sales experience preferred.
Additional Requirements: Ability to travel on short notice and adaptable to schedule changes.
Highly professional presentations and oral and written communication skills.
