Full Time Non-Exempt
Welcome customers at branches and direct them to the appropriate service area, platform, or operations. Offer customer orientation regarding banking products and services by performing the following duties:
Register customers on branch's computer system. Follow-up Bank Consultants to assure clients are served within established quality service standards. Perform simple transactions, such as: account balance verification, validation, and emission of ATM card, check reorders, address change, stop payments. Support platform and operations on activities and sales initiatives. Assure that all branch areas are organized and clean. Follow standard operating procedures and comply with Quality Service Standards. Complete transactions/documents according to all banking regulations, including BSA/AML, and other corporate guidelines or procedures.
*This Job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Minimun of two-years of related experience.
