Position: UX Designer III
Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066
Duties: Work on a variety of UX deliverables to ensure seamless and engaging interactions across digital platforms. Create customer experience scenarios, participate in usability sessions, and present UX flows and project decisions to leadership. Support UX strategy by evaluating the competitive landscape, analyze future trends, and construct artifacts that outline present conditions and propose solutions. Build relationships with key stakeholders, identify marketing needs, and adapt to organizational changes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance. Apply best practices to the development and improvement of action plans and build commitment for perspectives and rationales. Create and maintain high-quality user experiences that drive membership engagement and satisfaction. Deliver innovative and effective solutions that exceed customer expectations. Address membership-related challenges across both in-club and digital experiences, including desktop, mobile web, iOS, Android, and in-club associate devices. Responsible for projects, such as Join, Renew, Membership Conversion, and Upgrade, require managing complex user stories and scenarios throughout the membership lifecycle. Responsible for establishing and communicating project needs and success metrics, direct cross-functional collaboration activities, and drive the attainment of project goals. Advocate for the customer throughout the experience workflow.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 2 years of experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
Skills required: Experience conducting user interview, A/B Test, Survey to gather insights. Experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes for A/B test or deliver clear design interaction with developer. Experience with color theory, typography, and visual hierarch to create aesthetically pleasing designs. Experience designing interactive elements that enhance user engagements and experience. Experience ensuring design works well on various devices and screen sizes, including web, mobile, app, and in-store devices. Experience with design tools including Figma and After Effect. Experience in analyzing problems and identifying solutions through Information Architecture. Experience organizing and labeling content to support usability and findability, ensuring intuitive navigation and efficient information retrieval. Experience creating Wireframe to structure the interface, serving as a visual guide to how elements are arranged and how users will interact with product. Experience focusing on the needs and behavior of users to create user-friendly designs. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $125,653/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
