Job Title: Commercial Business Analyst Manager




Location: Miami, FL




Description



The Commercial Business Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and analytical support for the commercial team, ensuring seamless execution across systems, platforms, and processes. This role is responsible for delivering key insights and strategic analytics to optimize performance across multiple commercial channels, including loyalty programs, e-commerce, customer journeys, and digital media for ALASTIN Skincare.


Reporting directly to the Head of Channel Strategy & Loyalty, this position will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including sales, marketing, commercial operations, sales training, and customer & sales support. A critical aspect of this role will be leading the operational implementation and execution of initiatives while facilitating deeper integration into Galderma's processes and platforms to drive sustained growth and success.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide analytical and operational support to the ALASTIN commercial team, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

  • Analyze and measure promotion effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future promotional strategies and ROI.

  • Develop and maintain business performance dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and internal business reviews.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Operations to align on business objectives and insights.

  • Design and implement data strategies to enhance commercial data creation, processing, management, storage, and utilization.

  • Define and document business data logic, KPIs, and performance metrics in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Establish and refine consistent, scalable processes for data management, collection, and reporting.

  • Identify and integrate new datasets to enhance market and brand analysis, competitive assessments, and performance monitoring.

  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability.

  • Support the development, enhancement, and delivery of commercial reporting, business intelligence tools, and performance trackers.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to further leverage data for operational efficiency and strategic growth.

  • Utilize predictive modeling to optimize pricing, sales strategies, and product positioning.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.




Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education and years of experience.

  • 8 years management level experience in sales operations, marketing operations, analytics, and relevant business intelligence.

  • Experience with a variety of data management including NetSuite, Veeva, Shopify, Tableau, etc.

  • Demonstrated high resilience and agility as well as a keen analytical mindset, curiosity, and ability to proactively anticipate points of confusion.

  • Proven experience communicating complex concepts and plans in a simple and clear manner.

  • Experience effectively collaborating within a matrix environment and with colleagues across functions and geographies.

  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, able to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills to interpret and convey data into a simple, compelling story both verbally and in writing.

  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple demands from multiple stakeholders with a sense of urgency.

  • Data science experience a plus.
