Description: Our client is currently seeking a Account Specialty Manager - Gift/Catalogue
Proven experience in catalog sales, fundraising, and working with specialty products.
Strong customer service experience with a focus on providing exceptional client support and satisfaction.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in fundraising or non-profit sectors is a plus.
Knowledge of online catalog sales platforms and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
