Job Description:

Location: Solon, OH

Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Account Specialty Manager - Gift/Catalogue

• Proven experience in catalog sales, fundraising, and working with specialty products.


• Strong customer service experience with a focus on providing exceptional client support and satisfaction.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in fundraising or non-profit sectors is a plus.


• Knowledge of online catalog sales platforms and tools.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
