Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $40.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a CT Tech in Waterbury, CT!



Pay Overview:

• 
  Hourly Pay: $40.00/hr (Weekly Total: $1,600.00)

  Housing Stipend: $910.00 per week
  
  


• 
  Meals and Incidentals: $560.00 per week
  
  


• 
  Overtime Rate: $60.00/hr (After 40 hours: $40.00/hr)
  
  


• 
  Total Weekly Gross Pay: $3,070.00
  
  

Assignment Details:

• 
  Duration: 8-10 weeks
  
  


• 
  Shift Hours: 3:00-11:30 PM or 3:30 PM-12:00 AM
  
  
  
  
  • Includes occasional third shift coverage every other Friday/Saturday
    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  Weekend Coverage: Rotating weekends
  
  


• 
  Electronic Documentation System: Cerner
  
  


• 
  Scrub Colors: Black pants with eggplant tops
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience (first-time travelers not eligible)
  
  


• Certification: ARRT (R) and CT
  
  


• Previous travel experience strongly preferred

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in PACS and various CT procedures, including but not limited to:
  
  
  
  
  • Abdomen (with/without contrast)
    
    
  
  
  • Colorectal Studies (rectal contrast)
    
    
  
  
  • Enterorrhaphy and Intravenous Pyelogram
    
    
  
  
  • Pelvis, Chest, and Heart studies (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography)
    
    
  
  
  • Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), Carotid, and Head CTs
    
    
  
  
  • Specialized studies: Sinuses, Soft Tissue Neck, Trauma Head, and others
    
    
  
  
  • Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP) and Region of Interest Measurement (ROI)
    
    
  
  
  
  


• Familiarity with Isolation Precautions, Contrast Media Administration, Radiation Safety
  
  


• Venipuncture and Starting Peripheral IVs
  
  


• Strong knowledge of cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, and thoracic imaging
