Location: Cape Coral, FL

Salary: Depends on Experience

Description: Our client is currently seeking a RN - PCU - Travel


Responsibilities:


Closely observe patients with complex medical needs, including those requiring cardiac monitoring or post-surgical care.


Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.


Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.


Quickly identify and respond to changes in patient conditions or emergencies.


Maintain accurate records of patient care, treatments, and progress.


Adjust to different healthcare settings and protocols while maintaining high standards of care.


PCU; 35 Bed Surgical PCU: Ratios: 4-6:1



Minimum Requirement:



2 years of PCU experience required, wound care experience is a plus.


Common patient diagnoses: Complicate wound care for surgical flap procedures on specialty beds, post op.


MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO FLOATING AS REQUIRED - WILL FLOAT OUT TO SISTER CAMPUSES


BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS required.


EMR: Epic. Prior travel preferred.


Scrub color: Galaxy Blue and White.


Adult and Geriatric population
