Job Description:


As a Model Enablement Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and analyzing multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.


• Contributing to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.


• Strategically collaborating and consulting with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.


• Hands-on experience with Python (4-6 years), database development, Power BI report development, data ETL, and querying in a big data environment.

Technical Skills:

• Python: 4-6 years


• Apache Spark: 2-4 years


• API Development: 2-4 years


• Database Development: 2-4 years


• Kubernetes & Docker Containerization: 1-2 years

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Model Development and Governance team to ensure appropriate model lifecycle compliance and model approval prior to use.


• Actively contribute to all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and overall technical design.


• Utilize technologies such as Python, Spark, Django, Jenkins, API, CI/CD, DevOps tools, and Postgres SQL Database, along with other integration tools.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
