Position: Quality Control & Account Boarding Specialist
Location: Hybrid role in Irving, TX (Remote work requires dual monitor or oversized monitor)


Overview:
The Merchant Services Operations Group is seeking a Quality Control & Account Boarding Specialist to support onboarding operations, specifically for the Add Locations Team. This role focuses on data entry, account boarding, quality control, and peer review to ensure accuracy and compliance in the account setup process. With account boarding ramping up, we need detail-oriented, fast learners who can adapt quickly and help execute a 100% Quality Control (QC) process for Add Locations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, account boarding, and quality control checks for new merchant accounts.


• Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.


• Help implement the 100% QC process for Add Locations to improve accuracy and cycle times.


• Clearly communicate errors and provide feedback for process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Additional Information:

• This is a contingent resource assignment.


• Support business execution by proactively seeking ways to improve processes.


• Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks.


• Receive direction from a supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.


• Interact with client personnel on a range of information.
