Description: Our client is currently seeking a PHARM TECHNICIAN at Charlotte, NC, 28217



Contract: 06+ months with (Contract to Hire)


Shift: Sunday-Thursday [03:00 pm - 11:30 pm] EST with occasional Saturday shifts [06:00 am - 02:30 pm] and Overtime


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• 
  
  • Creation / routing of pharmacy orders through receipt, review, and verification of members'/patients' prescriptions.
  • Prep and scan documents, verify member/patient data, submit prescription orders in computer system.
  • May contact members/patients/providers to validate data, request payment information and establish priority of order or delivery details.
  • As permitted by state regulation, interprets providers' prescriptions and creates order, assesses, inputs, and retrieves prescription, medical/lab, and reimbursement information from computer system.
  
  

License
& Requirements:

• It requires a NC pharmacy technician license and National certification
