Job Description:


This role is more than just data entry. The ideal candidate will support sales when they sign on a new merchant and perform detailed analysis. Preference will be given to candidates with merchant services experience. Attention to detail is crucial, as the role involves reviewing internal records and ensuring data entry accuracy.


Responsibilities:

• Perform account setup and maintenance updates on merchant accounts, including updating ABA/DDA information, adding new locations, updating entitlements, and other general maintenance tasks.


• Support sales during the onboarding of new merchants.


• Conduct second-level reviews on various tasks performed within the team.


• Ensure data entry is correct and records are accurately reviewed.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.


• Client support experience.


• Ability to identify creative solutions to support service quality initiatives.


• Knowledge and understanding of back-office support in the financial industry.


• Knowledge and understanding of credit products, principles, and requirements needed to support payment transactions.


• Ability to support high priority, high complexity, and high-risk efforts simultaneously.


• Experience managing a pipeline of work from assignment to completion.


• Knowledge and understanding of banking operations, accounting standards, procedures, and policies.


• Knowledge and understanding of client account and relationship management in the financial industry.


• Account management experience.


• Knowledge and understanding of finance or account functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Merchant services/payments experience.


• Critical thinking and the ability to self-manage a queue and prioritize tasks.


• Clear communication skills and a sense of urgency.

Additional Information:

• The role will be targeting onboarding as soon as possible, with interviews moving fast.


• Contractors are preferred with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent.


• Candidates can sit in DSM or Dallas.
