Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information.
Write and edit qualification documents, qualification plans, test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, test reports, change control documents, user guides, manuals, API documentation, and other technical content.
Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product updates and changes.
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and terminology across documentation.
Conduct reviews with stakeholders for feedback and revisions.
Apply version control to documentation updates.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a technical writing position, including but not limited to:
Proficiency in technical writing and editing.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to organize information logically and in a user-friendly manner.
Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar document editing software.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio or similar for creating diagrams and flowcharts.
Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams (preferred), or similar for effective communication and organization.
Experience writing and routing documentation in Veeva or similar documentation platform preferred.
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Confluence, SharePoint.
Experience with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or similar tools for managing document versions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and documentation in iterative environments.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, SharePoint.
Experience with graphic tools like Adobe Photoshop, SnagIt, or similar for creating visuals (e.g., screenshots, diagrams, flowcharts).
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, Windows OS (Windows 10/11), and cloud platforms (Azure, Intune).
Understanding of user-centric documentation best practices.
Familiarity with quality control for documentation.
Product documentation, APIs, internal resources interaction with SMEs, developers, product managers, and support teams.
Product training, internal docs, style guides.
Computer with specified RAM/OS for tools MS Office, specialized tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, CMS licenses).
Training subscriptions, style guides.
