Provides cost-effective facilities and operating units that meet projected needs for the company performing real estate project management for industrial, office and parking facilities, including manual satellite relocations and expansions (major metro areas excluded), property dispositions, and portfolio management of these facilities.
Essential Functions
Collaborates in investigations, evaluations, and recommendations for real estate alternatives to meet the company's facility capacity needs and operational requirements
Assist with negotiations for leases and legal contracts.
Coordinates with external vendors and internal team members
Works with other departments to determine the scope of building improvements, solicits and evaluates bids.
Track extensions of existing leases and provides flexibility for future extensions.
Maintains landlord relationships and interprets and enforces lease provisions and assist with resolving disputes.
Participates on public project approvals including zoning, use and site plan with guidance from management.
Provides input on rent and capital for the fiscal year as well as forecasts spending of new rent monthly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate or related area required.

Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office Software and web-based applications.
Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information.
Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.

Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
