Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Director, Partner Marketing to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and build a high-impact partner marketing program from the ground up, working closely with our Market Development team to drive revenue and expand brand awareness through strategic partnerships.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy that strengthens our brand presence, expands our market reach, and directly contributes to revenue growth.

Organize Thought leadership events with partners supporting Fitch Solutions brand, customer awareness and ROI
• Collaborate closely with the Market Development and Sales teams to design and deliver joint go-to-market programs that drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Establish scalable co-marketing initiatives with partners, including events, content, campaigns, and enablement strategies.
• Shape the partner ecosystem by identifying key strategic partners, building joint value propositions, and optimizing partner marketing performance.
• Measure and optimize the success of partner marketing programs through KPIs such as partner-driven pipeline, marketing-influenced revenue, and brand impact.

You May be a Good Fit if:

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within financial services, fintech, or data/analytics sectors.
• Proven experience in partner marketing, alliances, or channel marketing, with a track record of driving joint go-to-market success.
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, brand positioning, and partner engagement strategies in a global organization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, business development, and product marketing to execute high-impact initiatives.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Experience building a partner marketing function from scratch or scaling an existing program.
• Ability to develop compelling co-branded content, joint marketing programs, and high-visibility campaigns with partners.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize partner-driven marketing initiatives.
• Experience working in financial intelligence, credit risk, ESG, or alternative asset markets.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $125,000 and $150,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
