As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Fulfilling material service requests (MSRs)
Performing verification of accuracy of items and quantities on MSRs pulled by other Logistics personnel
Unload trucks with forklifts and verify materials received are undamaged and in compliance with packing list and freight bills
Assist Logistics Warehouse Stock Clerk by filling out all applicable receiving paperwork
Stocking new or returned inventory and rotating older inventory while ensuring what is in stock matches system quantities and locations are correct
Perform physical cycle counts as assigned to verify system inventory accuracy
Drop off / pick up of NDBC’s fleet of leased vehicles for preventative maintenance services
Provide local receiving and delivery services for all new items delivered to NDBC
Stage, load, and deliver excessed items to NASA Redistribution or SSC Landfill
Ensuring the warehouse is always safe, clean and organized
Daily mail pickup/deliveries
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
1+ year of relevant experience preferred
Have/Obtain Forklift Operator Certification
Have/Maintain a Valid Driver’s License
