The primary focus of this job is to create safe, accurate, and cost-effective job plans for work to be completed at site. This role will also be responsible for building task lists for repeat work plans, updating equipment bill of materials, updating PM tasks and working directly with Operations, Technical and Maintenance personnel to drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do:
Build safe and cost-effective job plans for completion of Maintenance repairs primarily for fixed equipment - piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, structural steel, etc.)
Coordination of all details related to completion of the work requests - Work Scope, Labor, Tools, Material and Equipment
Work effectively and cooperatively with Maintenance Supervisors, Operations and Purchasing Departments in a proactive manner to coordinate and schedule the planned work to achieve maximum efficiency and cost management
Assist the scheduling team in organization and communication of plans on a daily and weekly basis
Will continuously learn and develop skillset to drive continuous improvement and support planning for other equipment classifications - instrumentation, electrical equipment, and rotating equipment
Drive continuous improvement and cost control efforts for the entire site
Develop ways to improve Planning quality and throughput
Support planning in all areas of the plant
Who you are:
Legally authorized to work in the US
Previous experience with maintenance work planning, scheduling, or supervision
Previous experience with maintenance related to piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and structural steel
Demonstrated willingness to develop skillset and drive continuous improvement
Ability to learn and use SAP to create and update maintenance plans
Experience working with cross functional groups to solve problems and drive continuous improvement
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Previous experience working in a refinery or petrochemical plant preferred
