Job Title: Process Engineers II
Responsibilities:
Maintain efficiency and upkeep of critical manufacturing equipment through effective troubleshooting techniques; 2. Identify and improve yield loss and scrap opportunities; 3. Develop and recommend new testing processes and technologies to achieve cost effectiveness and improved product quality; 4. Establish operating equipment specifications and improve manufacturing techniques; 5. Provide support as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to technicians inspecting performance of machinery; 6. Act as an owner and provide support as SME for performance monitoring; 7. Validate new equipment and process changes; 8. Develop and/or implement systems improvement projects and support maintenance and production groups in resolving technical and engineering issues; 9. Lead Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) response; 10. Provide support to Process Engineer I for training consultation regarding the training of departmental technicians and operators; 11. Initiate and complete change requests to support operational needs; 12. Work with Controls Engineering to implement control-based solutions to support operational goals; and 13. Develop validation protocols and reports in support of cGMP requirements.
Position Requirements:
Employer requires a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or a closely related field and at least one (1) year of work experience as an engineer or related occupation driving performance improvement. In addition, the employer requires the following: 1. Demonstrated ability working with electromechanical assemblies and automation processes gained through one (1) year of work experience; 2. Demonstrated ability working with equipment validation gained through one (1) year of work experience; 3. Demonstrated ability initiating and completing change requests to support operational needs gained through one (1) year of work experience; and 4. Demonstrated ability working with controls engineering to implement controls-based solutions to support operational goals gained through one (1) year of work experience. All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
No more than one (1) week of domestic travel per year required.
Salary: Ninety-four thousand eight dollars and sixty-one cents per year to one hundred fourteen thousand dollars and sixty-one cents per year.
