Your Role:
Responsible for quality control inspection of products to the established quality standards to meet customer demand and expectations.
Additionally optimizing operations to realize maximum efficiency and productivity.
Ensures proper line opening and line closing for one or more complete operations.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Communicates to the manufacturing team of any issues or opportunities that may affect product quality.
Impacts team performance through reliability and accuracy of own work.
Communicates with previous and following shifts the status of processes.
Verify and review paperwork for accuracy.
Check the Material Lists and Lot #'s.
Coordinates material disposition activities in support of Production requirements / consumptions.
Performs Line Clearance of Materials & Equipment.
Performs changeover activities.
Cleans all material areas at the end of the shift.
Maintain an Effective & Professional communication with Supervisors, Operators & Management.
Assist in relieving operators in tasks that do not impact your QC inspections (carts, materials, moving product etc.)
C Shift: Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6:30am.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience within manufacturing.
