In this position, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of video surveillance systems. This position is based out of Tempe but will service all areas of Arizona!

Job Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain video surveillance systems


• Replace cameras


• Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs.


• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.


• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.


• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions.


• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred


• High School Diploma or GED preferred
  


• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required


• Strong troubleshooting skills 


• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.


• Comfort working in various environments and at heights.

 Availability:

• Must be available for regular shifts, including overtime. Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm, with additional hours as business needs require.
